At this stage of the human cycle,the human has the right to acquire certain status and values like:honesty, hardworking and trustworthy as well as have a good job place to support themselves
and their family

actual stage where productivity is measured, it is advice-able for the human to save money,exercise a lot as well as
have a good spiritual life for the future occurrences
